LT-145 Water Bath Rectangular

A water bath is lab equipment used for maintaining samples at a constant temperature over time using heated water in a mild steel or stainless steel container. It is commonly used for warming reagents, melting substrates, incubating cell cultures, and facilitating high-temperature chemical reactions. Water baths are safe for heating flammable chemicals due to the absence of an open flame. For temperatures above 100°C, alternatives like oil, silicone, or sand baths are recommended.
